1. About Our Services
IICTN is a Government-recognised institute offering career-oriented training in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Trichology, Diet & Nutrition, Beauty & Wellness, Management and allied skill domains, including programmes in collaboration with reputed universities and councils.
The services offered by IICTN broadly include:
- Skill-based diploma, fellowship, post-graduate and degree-linked courses
- Specialised workshops and certification programmes
- Career counselling, placement guidance and manpower assistance
- Centre set-up consultancy
- Access to learning material, practical training and examinations
2. Course Categories

3. Pricing Structure
Course fees at IICTN are customised on a per-applicant basis. Each fee package is finalised after a counselling session and depends on the following factors:
- The combination of courses chosen by the applicant (certificates, diplomas, BSc, PGDC, MSc, fellowships, workshops).
- Mode of delivery (online, offline or hybrid).
- Applicable scheme, scholarship, or merit-based concession.
- Management discretion and the applicant’s eligibility.
- Collaborating university or council fees (where applicable), which are charged at actuals.
For this reason, the fee structure is not published as a fixed price list and comparison of fees between students is neither applicable nor encouraged.
4. What Is Included in the Fee
The course fee broadly includes the following components, as applicable to the chosen programme:
- Admission facilitation fee
- Registration fee
- University / council / collaborating body fee (where applicable)
- Machines and consumables for practical sessions
- Special products required for the programme
- Fee for practical and industrial-institute interactive training
- Examination fee
- Certificate fee
5. What Is Not Included in the Fee
- Travel cost to and from the Institute
- Stay, lodging and boarding costs for attending lectures, practicals, workshops or examinations
- Personal equipment and personal-use products not specified in the curriculum
- Optional re-examination fee, certificate re-issue charges, document verification charges, course validity extension fee and similar ancillary charges (refer to Refund and Cancellation Policy)
- Government taxes and statutory levies, where applicable, are charged in addition to the course fee.
6. Taxes
All fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes as applicable from time to time. The applicable tax rate and GSTIN of the Institute will be reflected on the invoice issued at the time of payment.
7. Payment Modes
IICTN accepts payments through the following secure modes:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
- Debit Card
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfer
- Education loan tie-ups with partner financial institutions (subject to the applicant’s own due diligence)
All card and online banking transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. IICTN does not store any card, banking or UPI credentials on its servers.

An IICTN counsellor will share the applicable fee package in writing along with the admission form and the link to make payment through our secure payment gateway.
9. Refund and Cancellation
All fees paid to IICTN are governed by our strict no-refund policy. Applicants are advised to read the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions carefully before making any payment.
10. Right to Revise
IICTN reserves the right to revise course offerings, programme combinations, fee structure, taxes, payment terms and schedules at any time, without prior notice. The applicable fee at the time of admission and payment shall be the binding fee for that applicant.
