The said institute is neither a college, nor a university, nor a deemed university. If any of our staff members or counsellors have made promises beyond the terms stated in this document, the admission form, fee receipt, or information available in the public domain, such commitments shall not be acknowledged or deemed binding upon us.
Applicant understands that Institution provides only guidance in relation to jobs or placements, but does not guarantee employment, business opportunities, or success of any kind. The success or failure of the Applicant in practice, employment, or business shall be solely attributable to the Applicant’s individual capabilities, efforts, and conduct. IICTN shall not be held responsible for any lapses, shortcomings, or failures in this regard. The Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold Indian Institute of Cosmetology, Trichology and Nutrition Private Limited (IICTN) harmless against any claims, demands, or actions raised by applicants, clients, or competent authorities of any nature whatsoever. The certificate is awarded for course completion only and does not serve as a license to practice. We strictly oppose all forms of malpractice. Surgical and invasive procedures, including Botulinum Toxin, Filler, and Hair Transplants, must be performed in accordance with applicable state and central laws.
• Disclosure: Compliance with state authority rules, licensing, and regulations shall remain the sole responsibility of the practitioner and their establishment. The applicant shall be required to comply and undertake corrective measures as may be directed, updated, or revised from time to time by the competent authority. If any guidelines, parameters, or Acts were overlooked or not adhered to at the time of practice or establishing the centre, whether knowingly or unknowingly, you may request the authority to grant you the required time to comply with the same.
• Awareness and Information Purposes only: If the applicant receives a formal or general notice through official channels addressed to them regarding their practice or establishment, they must respond promptly and provide appropriate clarification directly to the respected authority within the mentioned time period. The applicant may also request a copy of the complaint, if any, specifically filed against their practice or establishment. Such a copy may confirm whether alleged objections fall within the medical, invasive, and surgical domain or within the domain of beauty and wellness. These measures may help the applicant confirm whether the notice relates to the applicant’s domain of practice or establishment.
• Vendors & Partners: Many vendors may indulge in wrongdoing or misguidance — such as providing defective products or machines, making false promises regarding urgent delivery, guarantees, warranties, AMC, or even misusing IICTN Pvt. Ltd. staff names to collect large advances.
Any performance specifications are believed to be reliable but are not verified. Buyers must conduct and complete all performance and other testing of the products, whether used alone or installed in end-products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to independently determine the suitability of any products and to test and verify the same. Buyers should not rely solely on data or specifications provided by IICTN.

While the information shared by the institute or on its platform is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that it is fully correct, complete, or up-to-date. Purchasers must exercise due diligence before buying any product or machine.
We expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, maintenance, or legality of products listed, displayed, or transacted, including pricing and specifications.
During training sessions, trainers may use certain products or machines, explain specifications, brands, or even share supplier contact details. However, this must not be construed as a recommendation or sales pitch. It is strictly against institute policy to endorse any specific brand or supplier.
Any deal between a student and a vendor, especially if citing staff connection or recommendation, will not be entertained. IICTN will not be responsible or answerable for such matters as per policy and will not mediate or resolve any disputes between buyers and sellers or manufacturers.
• Manpower: IICTN records and retains details of candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. The information obtain in our assessment is based on details given to us by the candidate and is correct to the best of our knowledge. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for errors, omissions or incorrect conclusions. We endeavour to select candidates which, in our opinion, are most suitable to the Client’s needs, we shall accept no liability on behalf of themselves, IICTN’s employees, agents or assigns for any loss or damage, costs of compensation, howsoever caused, which the Client may suffer or for which the Client may become liable arising out of, or in connection with, or as a result of, the introduction by us to the Client, of any Candidate.
IICTN cannot accept responsibility for any loss or expense incurred due to the Client’s lack of familiarity with any relevant legislation regarding employment of candidates, or as a result of any infringement.
