PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT. By submitting an admission form, making a payment, or commencing the course, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

Once admission is granted, it is final and non-cancellable, with a strict no-refund policy for all fees paid, applicable in all circumstances. Admission once granted will not be cancelled or transferred as the Institute strictly follows a no-refund policy.

Fee refund requests will not be entertained or accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Epidemic or Pandemic
  • Government regulation or directive
  • Medical issues of the applicant or any family member, in the beginning or anytime during the duration of the course
  • Health crises of any nature
  • Closure of the Institute due to Government regulation, force majeure, or any other reason beyond the Institute’s control
  • Extension of course duration beyond the originally scheduled period
  • Discontinuation of the course by the applicant for personal, professional, financial, or any other reason

This policy applies universally, and the Institute accepts no liability for refunds or compensation due to changes in government rules or regulations. By applying, applicants acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

2. Deemed Delivery and Acceptance

Study materials are considered delivered upon sharing or providing access to the applicant, whether in physical or digital form. Commencement of the course or attendance of any class (online or offline) confirms acceptance of the terms of admission, including this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Each online/offline lecture is valued at Rs. 2,600/-.

3. Cancellation by the Applicant

Applicants are not permitted to cancel their admission once it has been granted. Any voluntary withdrawal from the course shall not entitle the applicant to any refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer of fees, whether for the current course, a future course, or to any other applicant.

4. Cancellation by IICTN

IICTN reserves the right to cancel or revoke an applicant’s admission, with immediate effect and without refund, in the following circumstances:

  • Submission of inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or forged documents or information.
  • Failure to submit the mandatory documents within 7 working days from the receipt of the fee paid (a minimum penalty of Rs. 3,000/- may also apply).
  • Misconduct, misbehaviour, misguiding or misleading conduct toward other applicants, trainers, lecturers, staff or management, in any digital, verbal, online, offline or other medium.
  • Continued breach of the Institute’s policies after a warning.
  • Breach of the Institute’s Data Protection Policy or intellectual property rights.

In each of the above cases, no refund or compensation shall be payable to the applicant, and the Institute may additionally levy a monetary penalty and pursue legal recourse as it deems fit.

5. Fees Paid to Collaborating Bodies / Universities

Where the applicant has been enrolled in courses offered in collaboration with universities, councils, government bodies (such as NCVET, Skill India, B&WSSC, MEPSC, HSSC) or other institutions, the fees paid to such collaborating bodies are governed by the rules and policies of the respective collaborating body. IICTN shall not be responsible for refunds, delays, or any disputes regarding fees paid to such third-party collaborating bodies.

6. Examination, Certification and Extension Charges

The following charges, once paid, are also strictly non-refundable:

  • Examination fee (including re-examination fee in the event of failure or absence).
  • Penalty of Rs. 5,100/- for failure to appear in an NCVET/Skill India examination for any reason, including medical emergencies.
  • Certificate re-issue charges of Rs. 5,100/-.
  • Course validity extension charges (30% of total course fee for a 1-month extension, where permitted).
  • ATKT subject fees and any extra fees for additional certificates (Rs. 2,600/- per IICTN diploma certificate per semester, where applicable).
  • Document verification charges (Rs. 1,500/- per document) for job/recruitment verification requests.

7. Online Payments and Payment Gateway Disputes

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. IICTN does not store credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI credentials.

In the event of a failed or duplicate transaction where the amount has been debited from the applicant’s account but the admission has not been confirmed, the applicant must notify IICTN at info@iictn.org within 7 (seven) calendar days of the transaction date, along with the transaction reference number and bank statement. On verification by IICTN and the acquiring bank, the duplicate or failed amount (if confirmed) shall be reversed by the bank within the timelines prescribed by the bank/payment gateway (typically 7–21 working days). This clause applies only to technical payment failures and does not entitle the applicant to a refund of fees once admission has been granted.

As a merchant, IICTN shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by IICTN with its acquiring bank from time to time.

8. Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated by the applicant or cardholder in respect of fees that are non-refundable under this policy shall be contested by IICTN with the acquiring bank. The applicant agrees that the terms of this policy, the admission form and the relevant fee receipt shall be sufficient evidence of the binding, non-refundable nature of the transaction.

The terms of this policy are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice. All disputes shall be governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

11. Acknowledgement
